Hi Ladies,
Thank you so much for ordering from us and supporting small business led by #BossBabes like yourselves. You can expect to have your item shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. I hope you love all of your Sirena goodies as much as we do, but if you're unhappy for any reason you can exchange (most of) your items for a store credit BOTH (in-store & online) within ten (10) days of the receipt of your merchandise or of receiving the online order (no hats, beauty or perfume products or accessories). Exchanges for a different size or color will need to be pre-approved by customer support team.
Please Note:
- ALL SALE is FINAL SALE.
- Clothing must be unworn and with original tags.
- Customers ARE responsible for return shipping. Sirena DOES NOT provide shipping labels. We recommend to use a carrier that allows tracking services to provide you updates when your return has been delivered.
Returns:
We promise it's going to be totally easy. To return an item, issue a return request on our Return Portal. Once your return is approved, put the item securely in its original packaging and mail your returned items to the following address:
